Include architectural drawings, a measured survey or sketches if available. Photos showing the full wall, floor or roof arrangement are useful too.
Guide fees from €395
Single steel beam calculations start from €495, load-bearing wall removal packages from €695, and extension calculation packages from €1,495. The final written quotation depends on scope, complexity, available information and site-visit requirements.
What happens next
We review the brief, identify missing information and provide a defined quotation. Design does not start until the scope and fee are agreed.
Coverage
Remote-first support is available across all 26 counties of the Republic of Ireland. Where a site inspection is necessary, availability and travel are confirmed before appointment.
